This safety razor is crafted out of Bird's Eye Maple, also called Tiger Maple. It has a distinctive pattern that ressemble tiny, swirling eyes and some silk shining thru. The wood has been finished with our signature walnut oil & natural wax finish for the best natural look. It is recommended to care with the wood balm once every couple of weeks to keep the wood well hydrated and protected.
